CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand life happens, but please note if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you may incur a charge of 50% of cancelled appointment. Cancellations with less than 5 hours notice or no cancellation notification will incur charges of 100% of cancelled/missed appointment.

Late or no cancellation notices will result in Inner Glow Skin Care requiring to hold a valid credit card number.  Your future appointments will be charged accordingly at time of service.

Inner Glows’ scheduling system sends out at least two notifications of your appointment. One to confirm and reminders two days prior to and on day of your scheduled time.
